van duc was so helpful. He assisted us the second we got there. he planned our entire adventure around the city and arranged our transportation. he even brought a celebratory cake to our room for our honeymoon!!!

The hot water wasn't hot enough. It was just barely warm with no cold added. it was a minor inconvenience, but i did expect better.

the location is excellent, a short walk to the imperial city. the staff was helpful and the room was always tidy. van duc provided really good service daily with a smile. i found transport organized by van duc cheaper than grab (it really simplified my stay!). madame thu's offered a dish showcasing typical cuisine.

i found the air conditioning system in my initially assigned room to be quite noisy.

The breakfast buffet offered many choices. I loved the local dishes and fresh pastries!!! I found the location convenient for exploring nearby attractions. I appreciated the large Highland coffee shop right next door. Van Duc, the concierge, provided really good service, organizing transportation and offering helpful local insights.

I found that the air conditioning system made a bit of noise at times, slightly disruptive.
